What is Fitness Bootcamp?
It's a 5-week outdoor program of fitness, instruction, nutritional counseling & motivational training.

What if I'm not very physically fit?
We except all fitness levels and design workouts to progressively increase your ability. NOBODY is left behind.
What types of excercises are included?
Functional exercises that should include a variety of exercises that work on flexibility, core, balance, endurance and power.
How often will we meet?
Each group will meet for an hour, 4 days a week, Monday through Thursday for 6 fun weeks!
What can I expect from camp?
You can expect 5 weeks of fun, energizing activities in a team environment designed to help you reach your goals
What is the cost (investment in myself)?
The initial fee for first time recruits is $360. That is $15 per session. 2nd & 3rd campers pay $12.50. 4th campers and beyond pay $10 per session. An incredible price for premier cutting-edge fitness.
