It's hard to believe the 6 weeks are over, but the results are amazing! I must admit that I was hesitant to sign up for fitness bootcamp, but I was tired of not being physically fit. I must say the decision to join has changed my life.

As a participant and survivor of Camp Beta I proved that it is never too late to adopt positive habits. The six week fitness program, a catalyst, established a distraction-free period which enabled me to move closer to a healthy weight and diet goal. One can not change their genetic makeup. However, I am convinced that exercise, proper nutrition and routine screenings are key to preventing and delaying many health problems.

I hit a plateau in getting healthy and losing weight so I decided to try something different, Fitness Bootcamp, Inc. After the first three weeks, I had lost 2.5 inches from each thigh, 3 inches from my waist and a total of 16 inches overall. I was amazed at the results from a full body workout and signed on for another six weeks. Not only am I losing weight and getting fit, I am stronger, my balance is much better and my coordination is improving. This has been the best workout that I have ever had and it has become addictive. The trainers know what they are doing and instruct you on nutrition, technique and mentally push you further than you ever thought you could do. It is empowering and I am continuing on!
